Wall and Roof : 100 mm thick, rigid injected CFC free polyurethane foam core density 42 kgs/m3 incorporating a cam lock fixing system and silicone sealed tongue and groove joint.
Floor : 100 mm thick panels reinforced with 12 mm ply wood will be provided as insulation above the steel base. Floor top will be finished with 2 mm thick chequered aluminum and bottom with GI sheet.
