This is a customised specification for an 8,500 Liters capacity Fuel Tank constructed into a single compartment suitable for top loading fitted with PTO driven Pump and Flow Meter to be mounted on your suitable Chassis.

Construction : All welded mild steel construction to Specs.
37.2/S275JR or Equivalent.
Shell and End caps: 5 mm thick
Baffles: 4mm thick
Baffles : 2 nos. of Baffles are provided with openings on the top and bottom for liquid leveling and 500mm hole is provided for access between sections.
The tank fittings consist of:
• Filling manhole with built-in vent valve positive self aligning seal ensuring pressure tight operation – 1 No.
• Calibrated dip tube (Range ¼, ½, ¾ and 1) – 1 No.
• 3” mechanical cable operated emergency valve with sump.
• Single lever bottom operator complete with wire rope assembly.
Method of loading : From top, through manhole.
Method of discharge : 1. Through a PTO driven pump. 2. By gravity, through a 2” pipeline connected to emergency valve, routed to one side of the tanker with end fittings to have 2” chrome plated ball valve fitted with quick disconnect camlock couplings comprising surelock adaptor and dust cap. Enclosed in a metal cabinet.
Off-loading pump : PTO driven, size 2” (CORKEN or equivalent)
Capacity approx. 380 litres per minute.

Flow Meter : Flow Meter, 2” size, complete with air eliminator & strainer.
Hose Carriers : Mild steel, hose storage box one on each side of the tanker.
Access Ladder, Walkway : A mild steel ladder is located at the rear side of the tank. A galvanized grating walkway is provided at top of the tank supported with hand rails
Testing : Tank pneumatically tested upto 5 psi to check any leakage.
