Error message
If you have received a error message to your emails sent to Bukkehave stating:
Error message:
host mail.Extend-Reach.com[213.237.182.36] said: 550 This system has been configured to reject your mail. An IP address (80.86.228.39) found in the message's 'Received:' headers is listed by the lookup site 'sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.'.
(in reply to end of DATA command)" |
This is due to the fact that your email address has been blacklisted by our minesweeper, supplied by the company SPAMHAUS.
Your email has been blacklisted because at some point spam as been sent from your email address.
Blocked? Here's what to do
- Log on to www.spamhaus.org/lookup.lasso
- Enter the IP address that is blocked and press " lookup IP"
- Follow the link to your exact record & follow the instruction on how to remove it
If you do not know what IP address to lookup, check the email 'reject' message. The IP address is a series of 4 numbers separated by dots (like "1.2.3.4") and is normally visible in the mail rejection 'Undeliverable' message you are getting.
Please feel free to call Bukkehave for further information and advice on how to release your IP address:
